Sales Intern

AI can write a thousand sales emails before lunch, and most of them get ignored. We're looking for someone who uses AI to do the research nobody else has time for, and turns it into conversations businesses want to have.

The short version

MnemioAI gives every employee an AI agent and every company a shared brain. We sell to growing companies in India, the UAE and Saudi Arabia: startups, agencies and finance teams. You'll help us find the right companies, start conversations with the people who run them, and turn those conversations into demos.

You'll work directly with the founders and learn how business software is actually sold, from the first email to a signed contract.

The bar: better than AI, using AI

Using AI to send more messages is easy, and it's why most inboxes are full of polished emails nobody reads. We want the opposite: use AI to understand a company properly (what they've announced, who they're hiring, what their customers say about them, which tools they run on), then write one message that could only have been written to them.

The test is simple. Your research and outreach, done with AI, should be clearly better than what an AI tool produces on its own, and better than what you'd manage without it.

What you'll do

  • Build lists of companies that fit our customer profile, and find the right person to talk to at each
  • Research each account with AI tools and public sources, and write a short brief on why we should talk to them now
  • Write and send personal outreach on email and LinkedIn, and follow up without becoming a nuisance
  • Book demos, brief the founder with your notes, and join the calls
  • Keep the CRM accurate, and report each week on what's working and what isn't
  • By your third month, run first calls yourself

What a good week looks like

You pick twenty companies that raised money in the last quarter. For each, you use AI to read their job posts, product pages and reviews, and you notice that one of them is hiring three people to do work our agents already do. You write to their head of operations about exactly that. She replies on Wednesday, and on Friday you're on the demo call taking notes.

What we're looking for

  • 0–1 year of experience. Final-year students and recent graduates are welcome
  • Excellent written English. Your writing is the job
  • Real curiosity about how businesses run and where they lose time and money
  • You've used ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools well beyond simple questions, and can show us something you got them to do well
  • Comfort with rejection, and the discipline to follow up anyway
  • Organised enough to keep track of many conversations without dropping one

Nice to have

  • Any sales, business development, recruiting or customer-facing experience, including at college
  • Some exposure to finance, operations or startups
  • Hindi, another Indian language, or Arabic

What you'll learn

  • How to find, research and open business accounts
  • How to run a discovery call and a demo
  • How AI agents are built and sold, from the inside

How hiring works

  1. Apply on this page. Verify your email, then add your phone number and résumé.
  2. A 15-minute aptitude test, straight after: 30 visual puzzles, with your camera and microphone on.
  3. A short exercise. We name one company. Research it with any tools you like and write the first email you'd send, then tell us what you'd do if they didn't reply.
  4. A conversation with the founder.

We reply to every application within a week. The stipend is discussed on the first call.
